propSPACE Football Contest

Official Contest Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This is a free to enter skill contest played with virtual, no value credits. There is no entry fee, no deposit, and no way to stake or lose your own money. Cash prizes are funded entirely by the Sponsor. This Contest is a product and user experience trial. It is not a financial product, a brokerage account, a securities or derivatives offering, or a gambling or lottery service. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

1. Definitions and Eligibility

1.1 Sponsor. The Contest is operated by Integral Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 692 078 505) ("Sponsor", "we", "us"). Contact: ops@functionspace.dev.

1.2 Eligibility. Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate households are not eligible to win prizes.

1.3 No affiliation. This Contest is an independent fantasy football game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with FIFA, any official World Cup or tournament organiser, any football association, club, or player, or any broadcaster. All team and player references are used for identification only.

1.4 Your initiative and your local law. The Contest is operated from Australia and is not marketed or targeted to any particular country. By entering, you confirm that you are accessing the Contest on your own initiative and not in response to any solicitation by us. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful where you live. We make no representation that the Contest is permitted in your jurisdiction. We may restrict, block, or exclude access from any country, region, or individual at any time, and the Contest is void wherever it is restricted or prohibited.

2. Free Entry and Virtual Credits

2.1 Free to play. Entry and participation are entirely free. No purchase, payment, deposit, subscription, or transaction of any kind by the Participant is required to enter or to win, and no such payment will ever improve a Participant's chances.

2.2 Virtual credits. Participants receive a fixed allocation of virtual, non transferable, zero value credits ("Sim Credits") for use only inside the platform. Sim Credits are not money, property, or any financial asset. They cannot be purchased, deposited, topped up, withdrawn, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for legal tender, except that final standings determine eligibility for the cash prizes described in Section 5. Money only ever flows from the Sponsor to winners, never from Participants to the Sponsor.

3. Product Trial and Data

3.1 Purpose. The Participant acknowledges that the platform is an active product, beta, and user experience trial operated by the Sponsor.

3.2 Data. By creating an account and placing simulated trades, the Participant consents to the Sponsor collecting, analysing, and storing interaction and gameplay data to improve the product. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

4. Not Financial Advice

The platform is a software simulation. The Sponsor is not a licensed broker, dealer, adviser, or market maker. Prices, feeds, charts, and results shown on the platform are for the game only, are not investment advice or a recommendation to trade any real asset, and do not reflect real market execution, liquidity, slippage, or latency. Nothing here is a solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or crypto asset.

5. Scoring, Winners, and Prizes

5.1 Skill based scoring. Winners are determined solely by skill, measured by each Participant's score under the published Scoring Rules for the relevant round, calculated at that round's official closing timestamp. The Scoring Rules are fixed in advance and applied identically to every Participant. No element of any result, including tiebreaks, is determined by chance, random draw, or lot. The Contest is a game of skill.

5.2 Prizes. Cash prizes are awarded as published for each round and for the overall Contest. The current prize schedule is published on the Contest page and forms part of these Terms.

5.3 Tie breaker. Ties are broken by the secondary skill metric stated in the Scoring Rules. If a tie still cannot be resolved, the relevant prize is split equally among the tied Participants. Random draws are never used.

5.4 Claiming. To receive a prize, a winner must, within 30 days of notification, give us the details we reasonably need to pay the prize and to confirm they are a single, genuine entrant. We do not require formal identity verification. A winner we cannot pay or contact within 30 days, or who is found to have breached these Terms, forfeits the prize, which we may award to the next eligible Participant.

5.5 Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for any tax payable on prizes, including any GST consequences for them. We may request the information needed to meet our own tax or reporting obligations.

6. Fair Play

6.1 One account per person. Each person may hold exactly one account. Multi accounting, sybil accounts, and collusion between Participants (including coordinating opposing positions across accounts) lead to disqualification and forfeiture of standings.

6.2 Exploits. A Participant who discovers a bug, latency advantage, or data feed flaw must report it rather than exploit it. Using such a flaw to inflate standings may, in the Sponsor's reasonable discretion, result in disqualification.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Cancellation

The Sponsor may amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest, or correct scoring or eligibility errors, where reasonably necessary (for example for technical failure, fraud, or legal reasons). If the Contest is cancelled before completion, the Sponsor will award prizes on a fair basis using results available at cancellation, or as otherwise required by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to any Participant is limited to the value of the prize that Participant was eligible to win. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Participant agrees to indemnify the Sponsor against claims arising from their breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Acceptance

By entering, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
